Case Erector Highlights: When speed and flexibility are required this small footprint machine reliably erects the cases.
Automatic Changeover: Spring loaded release allows operator to remove the existing flats. Case size is selected from the HMI were the machine will automatically adjust to the next case size. Operator loads the next flats into the magazine and starts the cycle from the HMI.
Accurate Feeding of the Flats: Flats are picked from the magazine and are held by vacuum tooling. The cases are opened with mechanical rotation tooling.
Squaring the Cases: Synchronized servo drives move the cases to close the flaps prior to taping to keep the cases square while being taped. This eliminates down stream issues of loading the cases while adding stability to your pallet stack pattern.
