Description: : Programmable robotic system for assembling corner boards to the pallet patterns.
Functions: The system is designed to robotically retrieve the corner boards from a magazine and the robot can attach them to the pallet pattern stack. In the case of various pallet stack heights, multiple magazines can be introduced to stage different corner board lengths to be used for various height pallet stacks.
The system comes with controls and handshaking of upstream equipment to know what height the next pallet will be or if that is not available an inspection station can be provided to inspect the height a select the proper corner board. Corner boards have optional features that can attached corner boards to the cases directly or outside of the pallet stretch wrapping.
Rate: up to 40 seconds per pallet
