- Programmable Case Size Selection: Easily programmable case size sequence based on preprogrammed dimensions and quantity selection.
- Change Over: There is no manual change over operations virtually eliminating change over time as all mechanism for adjustments are servo driven. Operators only have to remove and load new case blanks into the magazine. Magazine and all tooling change over with a simple selection from the HMI.
- Accurate Blank Feed: The separation and case opening are a vacuum held with rotational motion to pick the blanks from the magazine.
- Opening Case Blanks: using Two-sided vacuum force tools reliably opens the case from both sides to form the cases minimizing issues with improperly formed crease on the case blanks commonly seen from case blank suppliers.
- Squaring the Cases: Synchronized servo drives move the cases to close flaps prior to taping to keep the cases square while it is being taped.
- Provides ready to form set up from menus without mechanical adjustments.
- Remote Access: PLC and HMI connection via Ethernet for integration with your automation line.
- Tape Feed: Standard tape head with sensors to detect the tape is running low.
- Operator Alerts: Beacon light status indicator and color touch screen HMI
- Optional Semi Automated version also available.
